Dispatch Times
We aim to despatch orders within 1-2 working days but at busier times orders may take 3-4 working days for dispatch. For orders placed after 4.30pm, the working day commences at 8am the next day.
Delivery Methods
Small parcels are sent with Whistl on a partially tracked service on a 3-5 working day delivery service.
Large parcels will be shipped via courier APC with Proof of Delivery on a 3-5 working day delivery service or Evri Tracked 48-Hours. Multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels. We cannot ship to a PO Box address via courier within the UK. Please ensure you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the delivery between 7.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. If the courier is unable to complete a delivery due to nobody being present, a calling card will be left asking you to contact them directly to arrange a re-delivery. If you do not contact the courier within 2 days of receiving this card, the goods will be returned to our despatch depot and a re-delivery charge may be applicable to your order.
Please note a working day is any day other than weekends and Bank or other Public Holidays. Shipping times given are after despatch of the order, not the day of placing.
